The Rolling Stones.

I swear I had this exact same Rolling Stones Tee when I was about fourteen. I wore it to death first time round and I'll probably do the same again. My whole outfit actually reminds me of my teens (wow I sound ancient saying that), the boots would have definitely been a wardrobe staple back then too! I spotted this particular pair all over the place at the Stradivarius party a couple of weeks ago, so I had to have some for myself. I've paired them here with a skirt and tee but I'd definitely wear them with a cute little dress... They score 10/10 for comfort too! Finally... the bag - It has the 'Ace' playing cards on it, so of course it had to be mine!

PS - all the links I post (welllll... most of them) are linked, so if you click on anything you'll be taken directly to the website - simple! As always, if you have any questions or want to let me know what you think, please leave a comment below.

Where do I start?
Last Thursday I was lucky enough to attend the exclusive opening party of the new Stradivarius Oxford Street store - and it was epic.

The Event Paper, as it's known, was a jam packed fun night of cocktails, dancing, photo shoots and of course a good browse of what Stradivarius has to offer. Stradivarius is a Spanish brand that has recently opened up in the UK, selling clothing, accessories and a little bit of lifestyle goods. Since attending the event, I've made THREE separate orders because I literally can't get enough of all the cool pieces and I've already dreamed up all these little layered outfits in my head that I just had to have. Is it just me or does anyone else not rest until that particular dress or pair of boots is in the post?

So after lusting over 95% of the shop and making a mental note of what was on my purchase list - I headed upstairs to the live photo shoot where we could all choose a few items and get our photos taken by some super fancy fashion photographers - Bèla Adler & Salvador Fresneda . I am absolutely useless at posing and my photos are a little cringe, so whether or not they ever make it on social media is a different story. I chose this wonderful, reversible star print bomber, which is one of the things making its way to me right now.

The night continued with few drinks, a little dancing (Caroline Flack was the DJ), and then me trying to keep my cool when Hailey Baldwin walked in (Hailey actual Baldwin, I know!). She was the event host, and looked every part the supermodel.

Stradivarius is a creative, fun and super affordable brand and I recommend you all take a look right here as soon as you've finished reading. They offer free in-store delivery, and free returns - which is always a bonus! I'll be sure to blog about some of the pieces that I've been buying sometime very soon!

I flew to London on Thursday morning for a day full of shopping, eating, makeup, a little meetin' and greetin' with Charlotte Tilbury, afternoon tea at Radio Rooftop and most importantly - the Stradivarius London opening party with special guest HAILEY BALDWIN (insane I told ya)!

Luckily my one day in London happened to be one of the hottest days of the year, so this Dancing Leopard maxi dress was pretty guuud for a day of running around the city. I've probably said it before but floral print is definitely not my thing. This dress, however, is one of my favourite EVER! The bold rose print definitely caught my eye and I love the colours. I seem to enjoy hiding my face in all my photos, which is part of the reason I enjoy a hat so much. Here I'm wearing this Topshop number which literally never leaves my head, unfortunately I can't link it because it seems to be out of stock now.

I took my mum along and we went for afternoon tea at Radio Rooftop (which is where I took some of these photos) it was amaaaazziiinnnng and I'd definitely recommend it, check out those views!

The Stradivarius event deserves a blog post all of its own so I'll get back to that on Sunday, so check back soon!

The Embroidered Jacket.

Jacket - Glamorous

So I've been on the hunt for this faux leather jacket for WEEKS. I finally tracked it down on the website, added it to my bag and checked out as quick as possible to avoid one of those 'the item in your basket is unavailable' moments... Unfortunately it seems to be sold out AGAIN but if I come across it anytime soon I'll be sure to link it.

These jeans were a total bargain at just £25.99, I'm really into straight jeans just now so all my skinnies have been abandoned at the back of the wardrobe. I've paired them here with my Topshop ankle boots and my favourite Louis Vuitton bag.

I got some exciting news this week, so watch this space for some brand spanking new fashionablyACE content!

All items are available from Marks & Spencer.

Who said M&S wasn't cool?! Myself and fellow M&S stylist Toni Ross pulled together these outfits showcasing some of the best pieces Marks and Spencer have to offer right now.

First of all, the spotted peplum shirt. This top is part of the recent 'As Seen In Vogue' collection which is available online here at Vogue's fashion news editor, Julia Hobbs describes the collection as 'simplicity with a sharp edge'. We paired the boldly printed shirt with black Per Una cullotes and M&S collection boots.

We came across this tailored crackle print jumpsuit and decided to pair it with a plain white tee to give it more of an effortless, simple look. When culottes first made an appearance on the high street, they were an absolutely huge NO from me - but, a few months later I grew to love them and now I cannot get enough!

Finally, we picked out this khaki zip skirt as we both loved the colour and detail of the item. Paired here with a limited edition off the shoulder top, this skirt could be worn dressed up with a tailored shirt or more casually like we have styled it here with a crop top.

Recently we've been showcasing lots of our visual stylist work via instagram at @marksandspencer_aberdeenVM - so if your interested in more M&S styling, please give us a follow!
