THE GINGHAM TOP.

Belt - Gucci (I got the mens version as it's cheaper)
Necklaces - H&M

How is it Sunday night already? I've had a three day weekend and it still flew by in no time! The sun finally came out this week so I got a chance to snap some outfit photos. I ordered this wonderful little gingham top for my holiday, amongst about 38 other gingham pieces. I think its fair to say its the print of the season and I am most definitely pleased about this! I threw my blue puffer on top to add a bit of colour to this outfit, it maybe makes me slightly resemble the michelin man but thats okay with me! This jacket (as well as loads of other cool puffers) is now only £15 in the New Look sale so if your like me and need a thousand different jackets then I'd recommend having a look! My jeans are the ASOS farleigh jeans, the first black jeans I've bought in ages and they fit like a dream so I'll just have to have them in a few other colours too. Last but not least - the BOOTS. I'd never have thought I would be so obsessed with a pair of white boots but I feel like these are my favourite purchase in ages. Topshop always have the best boots in my opinion and these are no exception! If your a fan of white boots you NEED these in your life! They look good with everything.

Anyway, I better get back to my Sunday night Greys Anatomy marathon. Have a fun week! X

The Winter Holiday Wishlist

Blue Wrap Dress - Topshop £48

Plunge T-shirt Dress - £18

Adidas Dress - ASOS £25

Studded Sliders - River Island via ASOS £32

Pink Flippy Shorts - Topshop £26

Star Print Ruffle Dress - Missguided £28

Studded Denim Shorts - Topshop £35

White Studded Boots - Topshop £72

White Fringe Bikini - Missguided £25

If you're like me, and are lucky enough have a bit of Winter sun heading your way, then I'm sure that you've noticed there is a serious lack of sun lounger friendly clothing available at this time of year. Now I know that A/W is on the way out and bikinis and cute lil' skirts are slowly starting to fill up the 'New In' sections on all our favourite clothing sites, but i am siiiiick of the sight of knitwear and boots (sorry, that's a lie. I'm obsessed with boots), and I am well and truly ready to embrace my summer wardrobe again! I've taken it upon myself to create a little wishlist that I can pine over for the next month before I head off to Australia in March. Hopefully, you can take some inspiration from this, and get yourselves kitted out for SPRING! roll on digging out the sandals and not having to wear 15 layers to leave the house.

As always, all the links to the above items are in the photo captions, happy shopping!

PS - Apologies for these ginormous photos, I'm working on a way to layout these types of posts thats much nicer to look at and easier to shop!

THE ADIDAS T-SHIRT

Skirt - Zara
Tights - New Look

First & Foremost... I would not usually go out my way to tell ya'll where my tights are from, haha! But I've grown to really love the fishnet trend and I was super pleased to find this toned down fishnet style from New Look last week. My dislike for tights doesn't go unknown, I feel like they can make the most fabulous of outfits look a little dull... So I like to jazz them up a little bit, and these are my current faves, plus it means I can kinda wear fishnets to work.

So, if you haven't seen this top and anything else Adidas Originals almost everywhere, then wheeeeeeeeeere have you been?! I really like this particular top and I've worn it loads since I got it. I've now got my eyes on it in bright red too! (just like this one).  Today I wore it dressed up a bit with a skirt and some boots, but right now I'm wearing it with my sexy pyjama bottoms so it's really quire versatile.

My sunglasses were just a small treat that I bought myself when I was in London over the New Year. You can't go into Harrods and not make at least one extravagant purchase right?

THE VINYL TROUSER

Trousers - Zara
Top - Zara
Bag - Givenchy

Here I go again, head to (almost) toe in Zara! Lets face it, where else would I go rather than the best shop ever for 90% of my clothes?! I picked up these vinyl biker trousers in the sale when I was down in London a few weeks ago, and its safe to say its love! So now I've got my eyes on the Topshop vinyl Jamie jeans too. I can picture me wearing them with some trainers and a band tee for a much more dressed down look.  I'm enjoying these flared sleeves a little bit too much, I have this top in black, striped and grey.. a girl gotta have options, ha! I've dug out my blue Givenchy Lucrezia, which is sadly no longer available (I think). This was the first designer bag I ever bought when I went to New York a few years ago, and its definitely still my favourite. I LOVE blue!

I'm patiently awaiting my first payday at my new job so I can go mad on ASOS and Topshop, I've picked out some of my favourite bits for my upcoming holiday to Oz, so watch this space for a blog post about all of my current wish lists!

2 0 1 7 GOALS.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Okay, so I'm a week late, but surely I'm not the only one who needed the extra 7 days to get my life in order?! 2017 is off to a good start for me, I kicked the year off in London last weekend, started a new job and booked my summer holiday. I know its cliché but I'm all for the 'new year, new me' vibe, so I've put together a few things that I'm gonna work on in 2017 (hopefully writing them all down will make me stick to them too!).

1. BLOG, BLOG, BLOG.

Loads of new clothes means loads of new outfit posts, right? Although number 1 probably doesn't link well with number 2, how am I supposed to save when I have a severe clothing habit to feed?! I'm hoping to improve my blog photography and editing skills, so feel free to send me any tips and tricks you may have! (I use an Olympus Pen EPL7).  Another thing I want to work on blog-wise, is my actual reading content. I'm terrible for just firing up an outfit post and barely saying anything about it, so that is something I want to improve!

2. SAVE, SAVE, SAVE.

Easier said than done with three holidays to save for, an obsession with expanding my designer handbag collection and a million and one online clothing wishlists! However, I'm gonna do my best. I know everyone says the same at the start of a new year, but I think its a good time to start. I've already committed to saving every £5 note that comes into my possession!

3. LOOK AFTER MYSELF A LITTLE MORE.

And no, I don't just mean 'treat yo'self!' although that's definitely a yearly goal! We all say it at the start of a new year but I have high hopes of getting much fitter and shifting a bit of weight while I'm at it. I need to stick at the gym and not fall off the wagon every other month like I usually do! I need to look after my diet a little better, lets be honest my diet is FAR from healthy and I don't go a single day without chocolate. I told everyone my new years resolution was to cut out fizzy drinks on weekdays, but I've failed already. I do drink at least 2 litres of water every day so I guess there is room to make that more! In other areas, I want to look after my skin and make a conscious effort to moisturise my body more, sounds silly but I only look after my face and neglect my poor legs, haha! Any recommendations for amazing body butters or moisturisers - send them my way.

4. TRAVEL.

I've been lucky to travel loads over the last few years, I went backpacking to South East Asia and Australia, and I've also been on a few sunshine holidays too! Like most of us, my life basically revolves around holidays, so I hope to see a few new places this coming year! So far I'm heading to Australia in March, Dublin in June and Las Vegas / Orlando in August. I've been to all of these places before so hopefully 2017 brings some new travel destinations for me too!

5. LEARN SOMETHING NEW.

I have absolutely no idea what it'll be, but a new hobby sounds like fun! Maybe I'll do a photography course to improve those blog photographs I mentioned before!

Who knows if I'll achieve any or all of these things, but I feel like writing them down might push me that little bit harder!

Shirt - H&M
Belt - Gucci (I got the mens version)
Bag - Louis Vuitton

So, onto the outfit. How cool is this Zara jacket? Some might say its awesome... HA. The only thing not so awesome about it is how much it needs an iron every time I sit down! The best thing about this plain jane get up is definitely my new Gucci belt - thank you Santa Claus! I've paired it with my wannabe Gucci loafers which are from Office and are one of the comfiest pairs of shoes I own. Notice I'm wearing my fitbit.. I'll have achieved that fitness goal in no time!
